Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately don't accept exchanges as items are made to order. If the item you receive is not what you expected, please contact us to resolve.
You may cancel your order at any stage, provided we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you. To do this you must notify us immediately via our contact form or if we are online via live chat.
We only sell to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland at the moment. If you wish to place an order and you're outside of these areas please get in touch via our contact page.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
